I had mixed feelings about Betalice casino. The game selection is decent, and the website works fine, but the support team is really slow. Every time I wanted to ask something in live chat, I found myself as number 60 or even 80 in the queue, which meant waiting up to 30 minutes for a response. The bonuses are okay but nothing extraordinary, and the wagering requirements are a bit on the high side. I'm hoping the delays in support are just because the casino is new and lots of players are trying it out. Hopefully, things will improve soon. It's not a bad casino, but it has room for improvement.
